To stage a 3-4 bedroom home a 2 hour home staging consultation is suggested. However, all appointments can be customized based on the needs of the client. During this time, we work hand-in-hand with the sellers providing independent third party suggestions. The appointment focuses on de-cluttering, depersonalizing and making sure the home is neutral and inviting for potential buyers. At the end of two hours, you will see a noticeable improvement. After the consultation, we provide a recap via e-mail. This list supplements the hands on work that was completed and acts as the homeowner’s to-do list. The combination of the consultation, hands on work and the staging recap ensures that your home will show better than any other house on the block! Occupied Home Staging Consultation Price: $200 It includes up to two hours during which we will fully cover homes up to 3,000 square feet This will include a customized staging recap (There is a minimum of $200/appointment) *For homes larger than 3,000 square feet, we will cover as much as possible within the two hour time slot. Any additional time above and beyond will be $100/hour. Trip Charge: *Any listing that requires a drive more than 30 miles from central Austin will incur an additional $50 trip charge.
