As a home stager in Austin, TX I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results we have been able to produce. The following property, 2913 Lagerway was staged by Austin Simple Staging and was on the market for 1 day! Congratulations to Realtor, David Brodsky for such a great example of how staging and the correct price can make a seller so incredibly happy.
You will notice in the photos below the home is rather sparse. Each space has a very clear focal point that draws a buyer’s eye in and allows them to take in the space without overwhelming them. The home is completely depersonalized and ready for the next family. By staging this property it allowed the buyers to fall in love quickly and therefore putting in an offer on day 1. Congrats to everyone involved!
